Wolff Coasts to NHC Contest Score

Monmouth Park held a $300 NHC qualifier on Saturday, December 11 and David Wolff of Holmdel, NJ finished in the top spot with a total of $1,031.65.
Wolff bested a field that included 127 entries. He turned his starting $150 bankroll into $1,031.65 by betting races from Aqueduct, Gulfstream and Tampa Bay. Contest players could only bet win, place and/or show and needed to bet a minimum of $15 per race.
By finishing first, Wolff takes home the first-place cash prize of $5,775. Along with second-place finisher Frank D’Angelo, Wolff earns a seat in the 2022 National Horseplayers Championship in Las Vegas.
