Filoso Leads the Way in NHC Qualifier

Monmouth Park contest regular Lou Filoso took home first prize in the penultimate NHC qualifier of the 2016 season on Saturday, December 10. In doing so, Filoso bested 201 other entries. Along with Shirley Wolff, Filoso will travel to Las Vegas for the 2017 DRF/NTRA National Handicapping Championship. Filoso also took home first cash prize of $5,700. Monmouth Park will host a $250 “Last Chance” NHC Qualifier on Sunday, January 1 – with the Top 2 finishers earning a seat to the 2017 NHC.
