Ladies' Day Festivities Set For Saturday

For the last few years, there's been a concerted effort made to try to turn the William Hill Haskell - the year's biggest race - into a weekend...an event that would become the year's biggest weekend.

With the help of a great partner in Lilly Pulitzer Shops at Riverside, I think we're one step closer to doing that.

While the Joes vs. Jocks Mini Golf Festival Friday night after the races is the unofficial kickoff to Haskell Weekend, Ladies' Day, sponsored by Lilly Pulitzer Shops at Riverside, starts the party in earnest on Saturday, August 1.

First, all ladies in a Derby hat or fascinator get in for free.  Once in, everyone can experience the full schedule of Ladies' Day festivities including a special photo op area, Ladies' day drink specials, a Lilly Pulitzer Fashion Show at 1pm at the Lady's Secret Café, and a Ladies' Day hat contest with a grand prize courtesy of Lilly Pulitzer Shops at Riverside.

The best summer fashions will be on display outside the Lady's Secret Café at the Lilly Pulitzer tent where you can purchase that perfect gift for a friend or yourself.

And of course there will be great horse racing.

So gather up the girl friends and come on out to Ladies' Day at Monmouth Park, sponsored by Lilly Pulitzer Shops at Riverside, for Day 1 of the summer's biggest party - William Hill Haskell Weekend.
